Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Gear
Place the controller and all original accessories, including interchangeable thumbsticks and cables, back into the original HexGaming packaging.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring all previous labels are covered.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your new controller will be dispatched.
